Ava's braided flip Hair Tutorial for Little Girls
OMG!! We've been gone to long, these video's are so much fun to make. This hair style was seen on another channel here on you tube on a adult but since I love braids so much I had to try this on Ava. The end result is just beautiful and the comments just rolled in because people couldn't tell which way the braids where coming and of course Ava just loves to hear compliments on her pretty hair. Adult Protective Services, Probate court + a wannabe Guardian try 'ordering' Evelyn
[10/20/09] Once a person is a target of the Adult Protective Service (APS) the 'system' holds on for dear life, with or without the consent of the ones they are calling 'in need'. In fact, there are many cases on YOU-Tube of just this and guardianship abuse. Evelyn had her own doctor evaluation, did great, and now they keep coming at her. He first wrote a hand written form, all was fine. Then when the wanna be guardian sent him an "expert Evaluation" form, it was ambiguous, and he then corrected it with another hand written letter stating all Evelyn "simply needed to do was keep her currant living arrangements, and she needed no guardian". If anyone has any horror stories or ideas to make them back away, please post or leave your email - we are working at stopping this assault on a 93 yr old woman, Evelyn in Cleveland Ohio. There is no consent, yet the court sets an appointment for an UN-needed second evaluation (2 hrs long), what happened to peace in one's own home, having righteous courts need to prove jurisdiction and consent? She is innocent and they put her out to make her prove she is guilty?:( Of being incompetent as they think all older people are.) Autistic Persons You Don't See on Sitcoms, Reality Shows or Hollywood Movies
Family raising severely autistic young adult tries to leave house, but can't because autistic son keeps punching self. Politicians seldom speak about this side of autism spectrum disorder. Probably because most like this boy are hidden in institutions or group homes. Drugged. This family does NOT drug their child into a zombie, but yes, has, in the past, tried NUMEROUS pharmaceutical interventions, diets, behavioral therapies,etc... to stop self abuse. Dozens of experts have tried to help, but haven't found answers. Research shows drug therapy seldom cures self injurious behaviors, especially when deeply rooted in severe autism, which makes for multiple, fluctuating antecdents to the behavior. Family works hard to help the son cope in the world, while still respecting his routines and rituals as best they can. Family has managed to keep this severely autistic adult in home with suppports. They know alternative: Outside the family unit this type of autistic person is most likely to be shackled. Doped. Fed junk food. Possibly molested. His medical needs would likely go unnoticed. He'd be seldom brought outside. (Mom brings him out all the time, as per his behavioral status) and doesn't give a damn who stares. Most people in public are kind, but obviously shocked if they see this boy punch himself. This family has advocated for years to get what they need for this child, when it should be obvious to bureaucrats the amount of supports a case like this requires. It's a shame ...
